Refund policy


Return and Refund Policy for Personalized Prints
At Paxscape, all of our prints are customized to your specifications. As such, we are unable to offer refunds on personalized items. Please carefully review all personalisation details before placing your order.

Non-Refundable Items
Personalised prints cannot be refunded once an order has been processed and produced. This includes any custom designs, names, or details provided by you during the order process.  If there is an error in the personalisation that does not match the details you provided, please notify us immediately. We will correct the mistake and provide a replacement free of charge.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly provide a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at order@paxscape.com and include photos of the damage or defect. We’ll quickly arrange for a new print to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the production process has not yet started. Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
